ANYIAM KENNEDY,TEAM FEATURE IN BAYELKOPA MAGAZINE FOR IMPACT

 Bayelkopa magazine is a yearly magazine that features news, activities of the national youth service corps and most importantly activities that touch lives. Nembe LGA was not found missing as the "Touch A Life Initiative" where Anyiam Kennedy Ekenedirichukwu (the corps leader) of Nembe Local Government Area and his team of enthusiastic corps members embarked on a community development project that touched hundreds of lives. Their featuring in the BAYELKOPA magazine will not just encourage them but also motivate other corps members to engage in impactful community development service projects. Anyiam Kennedy Ekenedirichukwu was applauded for his keen interest in community development and his leadership spirit and urged him to continue motivating the corps members to make meaningful impact in their host community 

ANYIAM KENNEDY EMBARKS ON GROUNDBREAKING PROJECT BEFORE LEAVING OFFICE

 OPU-NEMBE CORPS MEMBERS REJOICE AS THEIR NEW OFFICE  Ever since March,2023. The NYSC Zonal office in Opu-Nembe,Nembe LGA bayelsa State which has been dormant for too long was revitalized as approved by the new LGI(MRS. BECKY JAMES)  Despite this new development,the office has been dormant partly because there are no basic amenities needed for it's proper functioning. Table and chairs were moved from other locations to the venue to hold certain events. This became a concern and the C.L.O, Anyiam Kennedy promised to look into the case. After months of writing proposals and persistent follow ups. On May, 9th 2023 the dream became a reality as the personal project embarked on by the CLO was now completed AMONG THINGS PROVIDED ARE: ✅ A modern table with rollers and drawers ✅ Plastic chairs ✅ A mini cupboard These will in no small way add life to the office and improve the functionality of the said venue while maintaining status quo within and outside NYSC setting. ANYIAM KENNEDY MOTIVATES CORPS MEMBERS TO MAKE HISTORY ONCE AGAIN

 OPU-NEMBE CORPS MEMBERS MAKE HISTORY, EMBARK ON INTENSIVE HUMANITARIAN SERVICE One of the cardinal aspects of the NYSC is cultural integration and intercommunal development and fostering these values remain priority. Opu nembe corps members embarked on a programme tagged: "Touch a life initiative" to ensure that impact is made while contributing their own quota towards the attitudinal development of their host community Several services were rendered such as: 🌞Free medical services featuring medical tests including diagnosis and drug administration by trained corps professionals in the field 🌞 Shoe making 🌞 Tailoring 🌞 Hair dressing 🌞 Barbing 🌞 Pedicure and manicure  🌞 Among others. The sweet part is that all these services were free of cost At least 500 persons were served in different capacities which includes some persons from the sister community (ogbolomabiri) who could not help but key into the great event.
